Update Fast
Ethernet Port
Updates Fast Ethernet port attributes. For more information see “Fast
Ethernet Port Characteristics” on page 6-3 and see “Fast Ethernet Ports”
on page 11-5.
The parameter inputs differ between the Tx (copper) and Fx (fiber) port
types due to their different capabilities. The Fx port type permits only the
entry of a fixed parameter for the duplex mode. The Tx port type allows
selection of autonegotiation for speed and duplex mode individually. If
one of these is not selected for autonegotiation it must be given a fixed
parameter manually.
