Basic Maintenance
Maintenance work should be regular in order to keep the device in good condition and
achieve high quality of the smoothing process each and every time. Some parts require
maintenance before each process and some every few hundred working hours. Basic
maintenance of the Zortrax Apoller device is not complicated and does not take too much
time.
Before commencing any maintenance, it is extremely important to turn off
the device and let it cool down. Remember to always wear safety gloves
and glasses.
Zortrax Apoller is delivered with a full set of tools needed to carry out maintenance.
The following table presents maintenance guidelines connected with each section of the
device together with specific check points, necessary activities and their frequency.
