Interrupted milling process
- Check whether the front plate is closed.
- Check power supply => machine switches off in case of power failure and
must be started and referenced manually again.
- Check compressed air connection.
- Consider error message of the software.
Inaccurate milling result

- Calibrate the milling unit: select "calibration" in the software Zirkonzahn.Fräsen and follow
the instructions step by step. Important: The orbit has to be absolutely clean and free of dust
and dirt. Calibration is carried out using an electrical measuring sensor or zero point sensor
(included in the scope of delivery).
- Clean spindle and collet chuck.
RETURN
If a defect is detected, consult Zirkonzahn in order to discuss further steps.
If return shipment is required, always use the original packaging.
Observe indications on transport packaging (fragile, this side up).
Use suitable packaging for possible return of individual device components!
