Inductive proximity switches

Install the mounting block

Insert the proximity switch

Then, flare the spread jaws and adjust the proximity
switch.

Clamp the proximity switch

by tightening the screws on
the mounting block

Magnetic field sensor
►
Insert four magnetic field sensors

into the
corresponding grooves

.
►
Bleed the product completely and adjust one magnetic
field sensor

to the lower position of each of the two
pistons.

LED lights up.

Mark this position on the housing.
►
Insert the magnetic field sensor

far enough that the
LED goes out.

LED out.

Mark this position on the housing.
►
Then, push the magnetic field sensors

back to the
initial position until the LED lights up.

The optimum magnetic field sensor position

is
between the two marked positions.

Extend the spread jaws and the ejector.

Repeat the adjustment process at the other magnetic field
sensors
