8.3 GSM MODEM
For remote installations in which there are ZIGOR SOLAR HIT3C systems, a connection point towards the
exterior may be defined by means of a GSM MODEM. This MODEM is installed on the bottom inside part of the
door of the ZIGOR SOLAR HIT3C. All the information on the inverter-charger can be accessed via this connection
point.

Remember that the GSM MODEM requires an active SIM card in order to be able to use this for managing the unit.
This SIM card is not provided by ZIGOR; the customer must provide his own.
Before inserting the SIM card, the PIN for each card must be configured. By default, the PIN configured for the
system is “0000”. If this is not configured before inserting it in the MODEM, the card may be blocked.
In order to be able to connect to the ZIGOR SOLAR HIT3C system remotely, a PPP connection will be established
by means of a telephone connection to networks.
8.4 ZIGOR SOLAR SWS2000
ZIGOR has developed a supervision system for installations in which there are several ZIGOR SOLAR HIT3C
inverters and only one connection point is required for all the information on the network of inverters. The
surpervision system, ZIGOR SOLAR SWS2000, concentrate all the information on the network of inverters
offering two functions:
•
Gateway, for communicating independently with each inverter, as if we were connected in local mode with a
PC on a single inverter.
•
General, viewing general information on all the inverters, generating a history of configured variables.
The supervision system requires an auxiliary supply of 230Vac 50Hz, for its operation. It has an Ethernet
connection to the exterior and a switch towards the inverter subnetwork. Three different IPs must be set up:
•
Inverter IPs, one for every inverter
•
Supervision system IP towards the inverter network.
•
Supervision system IP towards the higher network.
