If the STW164IP is not located at the beginning or end of the BUS line, the terminating resistors must be
switched on at the corresponding STW168M or STW161M (beginning and end of the BUS line).
6.1 Connection of additional power supplies
It may be necessary to connect additional power supply units in the BUS line for large systems. The following
factors must be taken into account:
•
Voltage drop on the BUS line at U+/U- (observe line length and cross section)
•
Power consumption of the STW161M/STW168M and the sliders/flaps connected to it
