of the machine. I undertake to thoroughly and completely read the same before the machine is put into operation and to perform the
initial commissioning and to handle the machine in accordance with the operating instructions, and to pass on the same to the buyer in
the  event  of  a  resale  together  with  the  obligation  to  pass  these  on  in  turn.  I  am  aware  of  the  fact  that  any  warranty  claims  to  the
ZIEGLER GmbH can only be submitted in so far as the ZIEGLER GmbH is in possession of the completed and signed declaration at
hand.  I  am  also  aware,  regardless  of  the  submittal  of  the  declaration  at  hand,  that  the  warranty  commences  at  the  point of  time  the
