Setting of the Dosing Quantity

The adjusting screw at the quantity setting valve must be turned until the upper edge of
the floater upper edge has reached the desired value in liters/hour at the scale of the flow
measuring pipe (see

, Page - 36 -.

The contactor shuts off the unit as soon as the floater sinks down (safety circuit).
When  processing  very  small  quantities  ensure  that  the  swimmer  is  actually  capable  to  sink
down. Otherwise there is the possibility that the floater does not shut off even though the flow
rate has decreased to zero (risk of underdosage!!!).

Attention!

The device and the connected worm conveyor are automatically deactivated by the
contactor as soon as the floater, respectively the quantity sinks beneath the set value.

The prerequisite for this is naturally a precise setting.
