Remark: The output performances of the individual pumps [l/h] can differ.
For this reason the above stated values can not be guaranteed but should
rather be regarded as average values from all pumps.

The  flow  measuring  pipe  is  marked  with  scale  values  ranging  between  100  –  1000  l/h.
Usually the PKT 960 is only deployed for larger throughput quantities (500 -1000 l/h).
As  the  floater  can  no  longer  sink  lower  at  a  flow  quantity  of  approximately  100  l/h,  the
automatic switch-off function is no longer operational.
For deployments of such small quantities with

this unit

, there are also flowmeters available

with scales that are marked to cover a range of 60 – 600 l/h, 40 – 400 l/h, and 15 – 150 l/h.
These special flowmeters are available in addition (see Spare Parts List, Page - 45 -).

Important!!!  The above stated values only apply for LUPROSIL®.
At LUPRO-GRAIN® and LUPROSIL NC, the flow rate values are
  dependant of the temperature.

For these, the unit must be accordingly calibrated.

A  calibration  must  be  performed  for  media  which  dispose  of  another  specific  weight
than water (Luprosil) and the viscosity of which varies dependant of the temperature.

Should,  in  comparison  to  the  first  calibration,  such  a  media  feature  a  temperature
difference of +/- 5, another calibration is required.

If it is intended to immediately further convey acid-conserved corn after the acid treatment, an
intermediate storage of one hour is required. If the immediate subsequent activation of the
