NOTE! Using several archives is not advised. While small
archives could be associated with other drives, archives
cannot be ported to other instruments or to review stations.
Archives are proprietary and non-readable from any other
device other than that on which they were created.

Archives are automatically assigned names that follow the format:

[ID Unique to the Instrument]-A-[YEAR][MONTH][DAY]
[HOUR][MINUTE][SEC].

 Thus, the following archive name:

123456789-A-20161130154623

 would mean that the archive

("A") had been made on machine "123456789" on the 30th day of
November 2016 at 15:46:23.

10.4.1 Setting Up an Archive

In the New Archive Location, your label will be made up of made
up of two parts. The first part, shown at the top of the dialog box,
is generated automatically and cannot be changed. It is composed
of the model number, serial number and archive sequence number.
You can add a suffix to the name using the second part of the field.

To set up an archive:

1. From the PLEX® Elite 9000 instrument, obtain the name and

location of the shared folder on the Network File Server that
will be used to archive your data (see Adding a Network
Storage Device [
