10.3.4 Editing Patient Records
To edit a patient record:
Action
1. From the "ID Patient Screen," select a patient.
2. Select
Edit > Patient Record
. The Edit Patient window will
appear.
3. Select the "Add/Remove Categories" tab.
4. Select one or more Categories that apply to the patient from
the left side of the window. Likewise, if a patient no longer
belongs to a particular category, for example, a "Youth" of 18
just turned 19, would now belong to the category "Adult."
5. Select
Add
to add a category to the patient’s record. Select
Remove
to remove it.
6. On completion, click
Update
and
Close.
10.3.5 Edit Patient Records
The Edit Patient option is reached from
Edit > Patient Record.
You must have selected a patient to edit for this option to be
available. On selection, the
Patient Edit
screen appears. Follow the
instructions in Adding a New Patient [

to fill in or change the
Patient Edit
fields.
10.3.6 Print Patient Lists
Found in
Records > Print Patient Lists
, this option generates a
report that includes all patients listed in alphabetical order:
• Name
• Data of Birth
• Patient ID
The report can be saved or printed as described in
Printing Reports [
