Starting up the CT system

Perform the following steps:
1 Press the “OPEN door” button.
2 Eliminate the error cause.
As soon as the main switch of the CT system is turned on, continuous
safety monitoring of the loading door takes place in the controller. If the
EMERGENCY STOP button is pressed during the initialization run or if the
internal safety monitoring detects that a safety condition is not fulfilled:
– The drives are immediately switched off.
– The indicator lamp in the switch for the drives is off.
– The travel movement of the loading door can no longer be per-
formed.
– It is still possible, however, to move the loading door manually.
Perform the following steps:
1 Switch the controller off. For this, turn the rotary switch for the con-
troller to “OFF”.
2 Turn the main switch to “ON”. All components are now de-ener-
gized.
3 Turn the main switch to “ON” again.
4 Switch the controller on again. For this, turn the rotary switch for the
controller to “ON”.
5 Perform the initialization run of the loading door
