Getting Started

Maintenance

Use the Maintenance Settings screen to perform system maintenance actions such as database
backup, restore, and perform software updates.

Settings Option

Description

Maintenance Settings Shows the system maintenance actions.

Configuration Wizard

Start the Configuration Wizard: The Run Wizard button launches the
configuration wizard, which guides you through the device
configuration.

Data backup on
Shutdown

Backup Disabled: Toggle Backup Disabled/Enabled. Enable an
automatic backup when shutting down.
Browse...: Click on Browse to set the storage path.
Backup Now: Click on Backup Now to start the data backup.

Data Restore

Restore set target path: Click on Browse to select the drive where
backup files are located.
List shows the most current backup by backup date and user.
Replace: When backups are available you can restore the database by
replacing the data, see

“Data Backup on Shutdown and Data Restore,”

Update

Install software update from a removable storage: Click Start Update...
to open the Start Update Tool. This action will close the application and
launch the update tool. If you are updating from a drive or from a
removable storage, make sure to connect to it first. The tool will try to
find available updates.
