6. Malfunctions of Electric Cooling System (cont’d)

Overload of temperature sensitive relay

Dimish the load of the vehicle

Clean the feculency of radiator of the controller

Logical check of switch

Turn the ignition switch back to position “OFF” and
restart the vehicle after the system resting.
If the problem occurs repeatedly , please have the
controller checked and repaired.

Warning of pedal brake

Release the brake and then press the accelerator pedal

to start the vehicle.

Check the pedal brake switch

Contactor conglutination

Check the lap joint of the contactor, if the lap joint is
burned out, Burnishing or replacing is necessary.

Contactor failure

Check the lap joint of the contactor, if the lap joint is

burned out, it should take it to burnish or replace the

contactor.

Overvoltage of battery

Check the circuit; replace code plate sensor.

E-14

Warning of parking brake

Release the parking brake to start the vehicle
Check the hand brake switch
