Solutions for Malfunctions
4. Malfunctions of power System
When the ignition
switch is in position
“ACC” or “ON”, the
DC/DC conversion is out
of work.
Fuse(F8) of 30A blows out. Check fuse
The relay, which guide the DC/DC conversion and output has
failed
check the relay
The charging relay of 12V battery is damaged. check the relay
The DC/DC convertor is damaged. repair or replace the DC/DC conversion
Disconnect voltage of
auxiliary battery is below
12V while no high-power
equipment is working.
The DC/DC convertor does not work. Handle it according to stated method above.
The energy of the auxiliary battery is insufficient. Have the auxiliary battery charged separately.
The auxiliary battery is mangled. Replace the auxiliary battery
5. Malfunctions of On Board Charger
The indicator light of
charger failure is on.
Protection while over-temperature
Ventilate the location where it is charging and clean the
feculency of charger radiator
Protection while short circuit Check the circuit of charger
Protection while high or low voltage Check voltage of electric web
Overtime Protection
Check the current and voltage of charger while
charging
Charger is mangled Repair or replace the charger
