Setting method
Note) Do not perform this work during operation.
1) Copy the original data of setting parameters to the operation
panel.
1. Display the setting parameter “PCPY” and press the “SET”
button.
2. Turn the “M Dial” to change from “0: Default” to “1.”
3. Then, press the “SET” button. After the display flickers for
about 30 seconds, “PCPY” appears to indicate the
completion of the copy.
2) Write the copied setting parameter data to the destination
AMSE controller.
1. Connect the operation panel to the destination AMSE
controller and power on the operation panel.
2. Display the setting parameter “PCPY” and press the “SET”
button.
3. Turn the “M Dial” to change to “2.”
4. Then, press the “SET” button. After the display flickers for
about 30 seconds, “PCPY” appears to indicate the
completion of the write.
5. For the setting parameters to take effect, power “off” and
then on the AMSE controller.
3) Cross check the setting parameter data.
1. Connect the operation panel retaining the setting parameter
data to the destination AMSE controller and power on the
operation panel.
2. Display the setting parameter “PCPY” and press the “SET”
button.
3. Turn the “M Dial” to change to “3.”
4. Then, press the “SET” button. The setting parameter data
is loaded from the destination AMSE controller in about 30
seconds.
5. If any difference is found, the related setting parameter No.
and “rE_3” are displayed alternately.
Every time the “SET” button is pressed, the parameter No.
and setting value are displayed alternately from one
parameter in question to another. When all parameters in
question are corrected, “3” is displayed.
* If there is no parameter in question, “PCPY” and “3” are
displayed alternately.
