Connecting the Power Cord
1.
Check that the power switch is off.
2.
Connect the power cord plug to the power inlet on the rear panel.
3.
Connect the other end of the cord to an outlet that meets the following conditions.
Use a grounded three-prong outlet.

Turning the Instrument On
Before Turning On the Power, Check That:
• The instrument is installed properly (see section 2.2, “Installing the Instrument”).
• The power cord is connected properly (see the previous page).
