If the Problem Cannot Be Resolved
If the cause of the problem cannot be located, or if the instrument cannot be returned to
its original state, contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer.
Check the following before you contact your nearest YOKOGAWA dealer.
Instrument Name
The instrument name is shown on the nameplate that is on the rear of the frame
controller or on the side of a module.
Frame Controller Firmware Version
Check the firmware version of the frame controller by selecting “Information” from the
menu on the SYSTEM screen.
Each Module’s Firmware Version
Check the firmware version of each module by pressing the Information soft key.
Conditions That the Problem Occurs Under
• What sort of environment are you using the instrument in?
Indoors or outdoors, temperature, how many modules are installed, etc.
• What happened? What were you doing at the time?
Example: The instrument froze when I was operating it from the panel or through
remote control.
• What settings were you using?
• What messages appeared on the display?
Display screen, error messages, etc.
