Press on button to identify only the reference position of processing unit saw angle. If reference
position of saw angle is identified, the red background turns into green.

Press on button to identify only the reference position of processing unit saw angle in Z- axis. If
reference position of saw angle in Z- axis is identified, the red background turns into green.
7.6 CALBRATION
7.6.1 Length Calibration

Provide a profile whose length is smaller than 2 meter.

Measure the length of profile.

Enter the measured length in section.

Press on button on the screen.

Robot holds the profile automatically.

Move the profile by using buttons until the profile is placed under the saw.

Clamp the profile by closing the pistons.

Start the operation by pressing on button.

When the operation is finished, open the pistons.

Remove profile without moving the robot.

Measure the length of rest of the profile.

Enter the measured value in section.

Enter the measured value in section.

When all required values are entered, press on button. Machine automatically calculates all the
calibration values and completes calibration.
7.6.2 Saw Height Calibration

Enter cutting speed of saw in section.

Enter the acceleration of saw’s cutting speed in
section.

Enter the deceleration of saw’s cutting speed in
section

Before starting height calibration of the saw, identify the reference of saw in Z-axis.
