Enter the measured length in section , which is
indicated by red rectangle.

Move the robot manually by using button to the maximum allowable distance on Z- axis.

While robot is at minimum position on Z- axis, measure again the distance between zero point of profile along Z- axis and
bottom of the claw as shown in below figure.

Enter the measured length in section indicated by
red rectangle.

After entering these values, calibration of profile holding robot in Z- axis is completed.
7.7 COUNTER for PROCESSED QUANTITY and LENGTH

The amount and the length of processed profiles are displayed in the section as shown below in the current working
screen
7.8 SETTING THE LUBRICATION QUANTITY and DURATION
Machine provides lubrication according to the processed quantity. In order to adjust this quantity,

Open the main screen.

Press on button to open settings screen.

Press on button and enter the required password (5678).

The amount of processed pieces required to initiate automatic lubrication is entered in the below section.

The amount to initiate automatic lubrication and the amount of pieces processed after lubrication can be seen in the
following section.
