In order to rotate saw;

The angular rotation axis of saw about its diameter is “A”. Saw can rotate between “30 and 150”
degrees about its
diameteral axis. To achieve this rotation;


While pressing on button, saw rotates towards 30 degrees within the allowable limits
o
While pressing on button, saw rotates towards 150 degrees within the allowable limits
o
The section , between and buttons, displays the angular position of the saw
about its diameteral axis.
o
When the required angular position (30 and 150 degrees) of saw is entered in and
button is pressed, saw rotates directly to the entered angular position manually.
In order to move saw along its cutting direction;

The translation axis of saw is “TZ”. Saw can move between “-30 and 170 mm”
along its translational axis. To achieve this
motion;


While pressing on button, saw moves downward direction within the allowable limits
o
While pressing on button, saw moves upward direction within the allowable limits
o
The section , between and buttons, displays position of the saw about its
translation axis by means of height.

When the required height (-30 and 170 mm) of saw is entered in and
button is pressed, saw moves directly to the entered position manually
In order to move profile carrying robot in X- axis

The “
X
” axis of the robot lays along right to left/ left to right moving direction when someone stands towards the machine.
Translation limit of the robot in X- axis is
“6900 mm”
