To export a contact list via web user interface:
1.
Click on
Directory
->
Local Directory
.
2.
Click
Export XML
(or
Export CSV
).
3.
Click
Save
to save the contact list to your local system.
Local Favorites
Favorites are the contacts in your directory that you’re in touch with most frequently. You need
to assign an index number for a local favorite contact. Local favorites display consecutively,
according to their index number. The contact with the lowest index number displays first.
Adding Local Favorites
You can add the local favorites manually or add local contacts as favorites.
To add a local favorite via phone user interface:
1.
Press
Directory
->
Local Directory
->
Favorites
.
2.
Press
Add
soft key.
3.
Enter the contact name, address, work number, mobile number, home number, title and
email in the corresponding fields.
4.
Press or , or the
Switch
soft key to select the desired ringtone from the
Ring
field.
5.
Press or , or the
Switch
soft key to select the index number from the
Index
field.
The valid value of index number ranges from Null to 27 and the lowest number is Null.
The contact with the lowest index number displays first.
6.
Press the
Save
soft key to accept the change.

To add a local contact as the local favorite via phone user interface:
