To view the local contacts:
1.
Press
Directory

Local Directory
.
2.
Press or to select the desired group.
3.
Press or to highlight the desired contact.
4.
Press the
Option
soft key, and then press or to select
Detail
from the prompt
list.
The detailed information of the contact appears on the LCD screen.
5.
Press the
Back
soft key to return to the pervious screen.
Editing Local Contacts
To edit a contact in the local directory:
1.
Press
Directory
->
Local Directory
.
2.
Press or to select the desired group.
3.
Press or to highlight the desired contact.
4.
Press the
Option
soft key, and then press or select
Detail
from the prompt list.
5.
Press or to highlight the contact information and then edit.
You can edit name, address, work number, mobile number, home number, title and email
in the corresponding fields.
6.
Press the
Save
soft key to accept change.
Local directory is configurable via web user interface at the path

Local Directory
.
