ACT Green Lit Module is processing I/O.
Not lit CPU Module is in the STOP state or I/O pro-
cessing error has occurred.
ERR Red Lit Overrange was detected at one of the chan-
nels, CH1 to CH4.
Flashing Parameter check sum error has occurred.
Not lit Module is normal.
CH 1 to CH 4 Green Lit Input signal of indicated channel exceeds the
input signal range shown below.
• +10.12 V < Input signal
Flashing Input signal of indicated channel exceeds the
input signal range shown below.
• +10.00 V < Input signal < +10.12 V.
