3. Measure:

Cylinder bore “D”
(with a cylinder gauge)
Out of specification
→
Replace cylin-
der and piston as a set.
NOTE:
Measure the cylinder bore in parallel and at
a right angle to the crankshaft. Then, aver-
age the measurements.
