Remove the bearing using a general bearing
puller

Out of limit

Rotate inner race with a finger.
Rough spot/seizure

Replace.

NOTE:

Replace the bearings, oil seal and wheel collar
(wheel sprocket side) as a set.

Wheel runout limit:

Lateral
