REMOVING THE SWINGARM

1. Remove:

Rear shock absorber bolt (lower/right)

2. Loosen:

Swingarm bolt (rear)

Swingarm bolt (front)

3. Loosen:

Rear axle nut

NOTE:

While applying the rear brake, loosen the rear
axle nut.

4. Remove:

End cap

Rear axle nut

Swingarm

CHECKING THE SWINGARM

1. Check:

Swingarm

Bend/damage

→

Replace.

2. Check:

End cap

Damage/wear

→

Replace.

3. Check:

Bearing

Damage/pitting
