While apply the rear brake to Tighten the rear
axle nut.

4. Install the exhaust chamber assembly and

muffler. Refer to “CLEANING THE SPARK
ARRESTER AND MUFFLER” in chapter
3.

60 Nm (6.0 m·kg, 43 ft·lb)

INSTALLING THE REAR WHEEL

1. Stand the vehicle on a level surface.

Securely support the vehicle so that there
is no danger of it falling over.

NOTE:

Place the vehicle on the mainstand so that the
rear wheel is elevated.

2. Install:

Rear wheel

Swingarm
Refer to “REAR SHOCK ABSORBER
ASSEMBLY AND SWINGARM”.
