In I/O mapped mode, FASTREAD causes the next data to be fetched before the previous IORD has
completed.  O n l y  enable in systems with fast ISA bus.

If enabled, FASTIO16 causes IOCS16 to be generated by address decode only.  I f  disabled, IOCS16 is
generated with IORD and IOWR.  ( M a y  be needed with some chips.)
