3.7.2.
Installation of chained curtains
-
Install the chained curtains in the mounting position separately according to 3.6.5. Mounting - hanging the
curtains in the working position
-
Make sure that the joint edges of the individual curtains are properly aligned. The "BREEZE-CONNECT"
connecting piece ensures guiding into the correct "matched" position
-
After seating - matching the curtains together, secure them with 4x self-tapping screws

Water-type heat exchanger connection
3.8.1.
Connection of the curtain to the building hot-water distribution system
-
connect the curtain to the heating system using a flexible connection with a diameter of 1/2" (e.g. braided
flexo - armoured hoses). The flexible connection must be long enough to allow the pre-blow to be set up
after commissioning.
3.8.2.
Water-type heat exchanger connection
-
the water inlet and outlet sockets are marked on the water exchanger collectors. Use a hexagon supplied
on the neck of the water heat exchanger to tighten the pipe to be connected to the curtain. This prevents
the exchanger outlets from twisting, which can result in irreversible damage to the water exchanger.
3.8.3.
Exchanger venting
-
The venting of the water exchanger must be done by an external vent valve on the pipe.
-
Unless an automatic control valve is installed to regulate the heating output, we recommend that the
heating water supply to the heat exchanger is stopped when the fan is switched off. Possible high
temperature inside the unit at the heat exchanger can shorten the life of the fan.
-
After connecting the water exchanger to the heating system, a
pressure test of the curtain connection is recommended.
-
The tests must be carried out by a person qualified in this field
with knowledge of the applicable regulations and standards of
the country concerned.
-
It is recommended to install shut-off valves on the inlet and outlet
of the water heat exchanger for shutting off the heating medium
supply or possible removal of the curtain without the need to
drain the water from the heating system.
