-
Raise the curtain so that the mounting screw lugs are aligned
-
Insert the M6x20 bolt through both lugs and secure with the nut (bolt and nut included in the "BREEZE-
HINGE" installation kit)
-
Secure the bolted connections with lock nuts against unintentional loosening and subsequent falling.
-
Adjust the curtain so that it is tilted approximately 10° towards the shielded opening. This will ensure the
future proper functioning of the curtain.
3.7.
Horizontal installation - chaining of curtains
-
Chained curtains must not be joined before being lifted to the working position. Only one curtain should
be handled at a time for chaining. The curtains are connected only after they are anchored to the wall
or ceiling.
-
By chaining - connecting the curtains next to each other, it is possible to create an optimum set for the
correct shielding of the required opening based on its dimensions.
-
The correct length of the chain assembly must be at least 100 mm longer on both sides than the length of
the shielded opening.
-
The “next to one another” arrangement of the curtains is carried out using the "BREEZE-HINGE" hinges
and the "BREEZE-CONNECT" connecting piece (to be ordered as an accessory).
-
Chained curtains must be hung at all their points of hanging (1 curtain = 4 hinges)
-
WHEN INSTALLING THE CURTAINS HORIZONTALLY, IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHAIN A MAXIMUM OF 2
CURTAINS OF ANY LENGTH.
