Assuming 30 kHz line rate
Vertical scale ratio = 1.25
Horizontal scale ratio = 1.25

Single-engine implementation
CyclesRequiredPerOutputLine = 2*800 + 150 (approximately)
MaxVHoldsPerInputAperture = round_up(600/480) = 2
MaxClksTakenPerVAperture = 1750 * 2= 3500
MinF'clk' = 30000*3500 =
105 MHz
Shrink-factor inputs:

This case is easily possible with no input buffer, in Spartan-3A DSP.

For a dual-engine implementation, without an input frame buffer, this conversion will
work in devices that support this clock-frequency.
