3.43 Fax and Copy Operations
Type an appropriate name for your phonebook, then
click on
Save . The phonebook will be stored on your
computer.

To open a phonebook, click on File > Load
Phonebook . When the following screen appears, select
the desired phonebook, then click Open .

You can write the phonebook to your WorkCentre Pro
580 by clicking on
Write .

Click Exit when you are finished.
Searching for a Programmed
Number in the Memory
There are two ways to search for a number in the memory.
You can either scan from
A to Z sequentially, or you can
search using the first letter of the name associated with the
number.
