Fax and Copy Operations

Canceling a Scheduled Operation

Press the

Advanced FAX

button. The display shows the

first menu; “BROADCASTING.”

Press

until “CANCEL SCHEDULE” appears, and

press

the

Start/Enter

button. The display shows the

operation, time and number currently reserved in the
memory.

Press

repeatedly until you find the operation

you want to cancel, then press

the

Start/Enter

button.

The display asks you to confirm your selection.

Press

the

Start/Enter

button to cancel the selected

operation. The operation is deleted from memory. Or
press the

Stop

button to return to the standby mode

without canceling the operation.

OTE

Canceling a scheduled operation will allow you to

cancel any operation in the WorkCentre Pro 580 memory.
This includes delayed fax transmissions, polling
transmissions, bulletin board polling, and current memory
send/broadcast transmissions that have not completed and
are waiting to redial.
