3.37 Fax and Copy Operations

OTE
: If the button you chose has already been used for
one-touch dialing or group dialing, the display warns that
the one-touch number is used.
Then you are allowed to select “OTHER” or “RENEW” by
pressing
or . To replace that number and continue,
select RENEW . To start over with a different location, select
OTHER . When the desired option is displayed, press the
Start/Enter button.

The display prompts you to press a one-touch button or
to enter a 2-digit speed dial number that you wish to
include in the group.

Press a one-touch button for the fax number you wish to
include in the group.
Or,
Enter a 2-digit speed dial location for the fax number
you wish to include in the group.

Press the Start/Enter button. The display shows the fax
number which was stored in the selected location.

Repeat step 6 to 7 to enter additional numbers into the
selected group.

Press the Start/Enter button when you have entered all
the desired destinations. The display prompts you to
enter a name.

To assign a name to the group, enter the desired name.
See page 1.27 for entering alphanumeric characters.

If you do not want to assign a name, skip this
procedure.
