Fax and Copy Operations

Making a Quick Copy

To make a quick copy without setting additional options:

1

Load the document with the print side facing down into 
the automatic document feeder until it is grasped and 
pulled into the WorkCentre Pro 580. 

2

Press the 

Copy

 button.

3

Using the numeric keypad, enter the number of copies 
you wish to make. The default setting is 01 copy.

4

Press the 

Copy

 button. The WorkCentre Pro copies the 

document.

OTE

:

 When making copies, resolution is automatically set 

to Super Fine.
