3.60 Fax and Copy Operations

OTES
:
• If an error occurs during forwarding a fax, your machine
will automatically redial the number every three minutes
up to a maximum of two times, just like normal fax
operation.
• The Sending Confirmation report which shows time when
faxes are forwarded, the designated fax number, the
transmission result, the contents of the fax and so on will
automatically print after each received fax is forwarded.
Editing Fax Forwarding
You can edit the designated fax number, start time and end
time.

Press and hold down the Fax Forward button for about
2 seconds. The current fax forward telephone number is
displayed.

Enter a new number or use the or to move the
cursor under the desired digit and enter a new number
from the number keypad. Press the
Start/Enter
button. The display prompts you to edit the start time.

Enter a new date and start time or use the or to
move the cursor under the information you want to
change. Enter the information from the number keypad
and press the
Start/Enter button. The display prompts
you to edit the end time.

Enter a new date and end time or use the or to
move the cursor under the information you want to
change. Enter the information from the number keypad
and press the
Start/Enter button. The display prompts
you to edit the fax number.

Press the Stop button to exit. To turn Fax Forwarding on
