Phaser 6280 Color Laser Printer Service Manual

General Troubleshooting

Tray 2 No Paper

Enter the Service Diagnostic menu (page 4-5).

Perform the Tray 2 No Paper test:

Engine Diag

Sensor Test

Tray 2

No Paper

Remove Tray 2.

Move the Actuator up and down while checking the information on the
Control Panel display. The Low and High values change from 0 up to 99.

Press the Cancel button to stop the Tray 2 No Paper test.
