Output Tray, Finisher and Mailbox Bins
Regular cleaning keeps the output areas free from dust and dirt.
1.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth, lightly dampened with water.
2.
Wipe clean the output tray, finisher areas or mailbox bins
and the outside areas of your machine.
3.
Remove any residue with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Moving the Machine
When moving the machine, do not tilt or turn it upside down. Otherwise, the inside of the machine may
be contaminated by toner, which can cause damage to the machine or bad print quality.
When moving the machine, make sure at least two people are holding the machine securely.
