Selecting the Copy Margins for All Copy Jobs

The System settings menu allows you to select the margins for All Copy Jobs, or individual jobs.To select
the margins for individual jobs, see

Selecting the Top/Bottom Margins

On the printer console, press the

System

button.

Select

Defaults Settings

, and then press the

button.

Select

Copy Defaults

, and then press the

button.

Select

Margin Top/Bottom

, and then press the

button.

Select the margin that you want to change, and then press the

button.

Use the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to adjust the margins, and then press the

button.

Selecting the Left/Right Margins

On the printer console, press the

button.

Select the margin that you want change, and then press the

Use the Up Arrow or Down Arrow button to adjust the center margin, and then press the

Note:

The margin width is only enabled when copying from the document glass.

Selecting the Margins for Individual Jobs

Place the document to be copied on the document glass.

On the printer console, press the

Copy

button.

Select the margin setting from

Margin Top/Bottom

Margin Left/Right

, or

Margin Middle

and

then press the

button.

Use the

Up/Down Arrow

button to adjust the margin, and then press the

button.

Repeat the steps 3 and 4 if necessary, and then press the

Exit

button.

Press the

Start

button to begin copying.
