F127 Clean belt readings are
out of range 120-250. The belt may need to be replaced.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
F135 IOT fails to rephase in 30
belt revolutions. The registration mechanism (rephaser and belt) will not
allow rephasing to occur.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
F136 Check output -- image
may be off paper. A paper registration shift (actual versus optimum belt-hole
to registration-finger distance) has exceeded an NVM-
defined millimeter limit.
1. Check delivered output for the image off the paper.
2. Press the Continue button.
F137 Excess belt holes
detected. Too many belt holes have been detected within one belt
revolution.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
F140 Dynamic Stray Check
fault, unscheduled sheet
is detected and stopped
at the stacker entry
sensor. An unexpected sheet is stopped at the stacker.
1. Clear the paper in the stacker.
2. Discard the purged output.
3. Press the Continue button.
F142 Output Tray Elevator
Fault. Stitcher/Stacker
config. The tray failed to move down after three attempts.
1. Empty the output tray.
2. Check for obstruction.
3. Press the Continue button.
4. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
F143 Finisher front cover
interlock open. Stitcher/
Stacker config. The front safety cover of the HCSS finisher is missing.
1. Discard the purged output.
2. Close the finisher from the cover.
3. Press the Continue button.
F153 Duplex tray (too many
sheets). A multifeed caused too many sheets to remain in the
duplex tray, preventing the set separator finger from
actuating the tray empty switch once the correct number of
sheets had been fed.
1. Discard unusable sheets.
2. Press the Continue button.
3. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
