H002 NVM battery failure. There is a non-volatile memory (NVM) failure.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H014 Shared line failure. CPM could not communicate with any boards in the
system. PHR could not talk to MIR. The problem is usually
caused by a short in the shared line network.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H015 CDM board
communication failure. CDM could not communicate with any board in the system,
but PHR could talk to MIR.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H017 PHR failed memory/
communication test. 1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H018 MIR failed memory/
communication test. 1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H019 XER failed memory/
communications test. 1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H029 Invalid Belt hole
detection. The belt hole was not detected.
1. Press the Continue button.

H031 Fuser over temperature
fault. The fuser temperature is too hot.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H032 Fuser under temperature
fault. The fuser is too cool.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H033 Fuser control zero cross
fault. A thermostat is probably open so the MMB software is not
receiving the signals it needs for fuser control.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H036 Output module
configuration fault. The IN@OUT@CONFIG has been set for the BFR
configuration, and the output remote has a FOR board and
vice versa.
1. Press the Continue button.
2. If problem persists, notify your service representative.
H037 HCFR failed memory or
communication test. 1. Press the Continue button.
