OVERVIEW
Table 2-1. Indicator lights
Indicator Meaning Action
Last Page The yellow last page indicator blinks
when a print job is processing.
Remains steady when there is data
present in the print buffer. No action is necessary unless this light
remains on after the printer has stopped
printing. In this case, the last page of the
job is still in the buffer and must be printed
manually. Press the Last Page
C
button to
print the remaining page.
Warning The yellow warning indicator is lit
when operator attention is needed Press the Select
D
button to access the
Consumables Menu. The status message in
the display defines the operator action
required. For example:

CARTRIDGE-A 0901
Fault The orange fault indicator is lit when
operator attention is required before
the printer will resume operation. The status message in the message display
defines the operator action required. For
example:
CLEAR PAPER PATH

Online The green online indicator is lit when
the printer is online and ready to
accept data. Light is off when the
printer is off line. In off line mode,
you can access the set up menu, test
menu, or reset menu. Green online
light may blink when it is in the
transitional state. Use the Online
H
button to toggle between
online and off line status.
