SECTION 2

WARRANTY

Wxline, LLC warrants that the products it distributes and sells will be free from defects in 
materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by the end-
user. If a product proves defective within the respective period, Wxline, LLC will provide 
timely repair or replacement of the product. Effectiveness of the Strike Guard and WAVE 
system is dependant on proper design, installation, monitoring and maintenance for each 
unique facility.

Wxline, LLC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, except that the goods 
sold under this agreement shall be of the standard quality of Wxline, LLC and the buyer 
assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods, whether used singly or 
in combination with other goods.  Wxline, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any 
person to assume for Wxline, LLC any other liability in connection with the sale or use of 
the goods sold and there are no oral agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting 
this agreement.
