1.The main switch of power is not on.
2.The emergency stop switch in both
sides is not on.
3.The air switch inside machine is not
on.
4.There is no external power AC220V
input voltage.
1.Machine is not power on when
installing driver.
2.USB driver can’t be identified.
3.USB cable is broken.
4.Mainboard A is broken.
5.Signal wire of origin sensor is
dropped,or origin sensor is broken.
6.Motor driver or motor is broken.
1.The fuse on printhead board is
broken.
2.Printhead board is broken.
1.The raster is too much dirty.
2.The position of raster decoder is
wrong or it is broken.
3.Fiber cable is connect in reverse.

1.Switch on the machine, double click
the "USB driver" file in the installed
software, or reinstall the driver.
2.Open my computer-Device manager
check if Yili USB drive is identified
or uninstall and reinstall it.
3.Check if USB cable is contact bad or
off, or change another USB cable.
4.Change mainboard A.
5.The carriage will move to left
slowly after power on,check if signal
wire of origin sensor is dropped,or
origin sensor is broken.
6.If carriage can’t move when power
on,machine will online after press
origin.It is the problem of motor
driver or motor.
1.Check if the 2 fuses on printhead
board is broken.
2.Check if VH light on printhead board
is on all the time.
1.Clean the raster by alcohol,or
change the 2 side of its connector,or
change a new raster.
2.Check if raster decoder can read
raster normally(It has emitted red
light) or change it.
3.Change the fiber connector’s
position of mainboard A and printhead
board.
4.Reinstall the driver.
1.Reinstall the driver.
2.Change a new cleaning board.
1.Adjust the position of capping
station and printhead.
2.Chang a new damper or cap.
3.Clean and take out the ink on the
surface of printhead.
