14.Board print setting
Horizontal positioning: Put board flat on the platform (as close as possible to the
right, should not exceed printing platform). Insert the alignment pins in the bolt hole
away from the nearest plate, move board forward to the top bolt column to finish board
horizontal positioning.

Set print media to board
Vertical positioning: Move two guide devices on the latch lever to both sides, make guide devices
close to board’s both sides, to make sure that board vertical movement
with no offset.
Before printing, please adjust print head height to avoid scratch the head.
Print head setting: press “test” to increase carrier height, push the carrier
on top of print media slowly, then fine tuning the carrier height (the height
between carrier and print media 1.7-2.0mm will be better).
Print starting position:
1）
Put the board on the platform at 0 position (zero position is the default print start position).
2）
Enter print engineer mode (details on page 29, same color calibration), under “print settings”
command, set the horizontal print starting position as the board position corresponding to the scale
value.
3）
Move the carrier to the board edge, press “base point” to set the board position is the print
starting position.
4）Automatically detect the edge of board both sides.
