The warranty rules issued by our company or the importer apply to
every country. As part of the warranty, we remedy malfunctions on
your appliance free of charge provided that this malfunction is caused
by a material or manufacturing defect. In the event of a warranty
claim, please turn to your dealer or the nearest branch office.
The Robomow is noisy
and vibrates
• Damaged or unbalanced blade
• Check the lawn is free from branches, stones or other
objects that can damage the blade before operating
the Robomow.
• Replace the blade
Poor quality of mowing
(grass clippings are left
on the lawn) or Uneven
mowing results
• Grass is too high in relation to the set cutting height
• It is recommended to cut not more than a 1/3 of the
green part of the grass.
• Set the cutting height to a higher position
• Use Robomow more frequently to maintain your lawn.
• Grass is wet
• For best cut, operate Robomow when the grass is dry.
It is recommended to mow grass early afternoon.
• Dull blade
• Replace blade.
• Robo Scooter 500 works too few operations per week
• Update the weekly program for more operations per
week.
• Working area is too large
• Limit the working area
LCD display is in a for-
eign language.
• The language setting was changed or not correctly
set.
• Place the mower out of the Base Station and follow the
sequence listed;
1. Press ‘STOP’ button few times to confirm it is on the
main display
2. Press ‘UP’ ? button twice
3. Press ‘Down’ arrow button once
4. Press ‘GO’ button once
5. Press ‘Down’ arrow button 4 times
6. Press ‘GO’ button once
7. Using the arrow, scroll to the correct language
8. Press ‘GO’ to confirm this selection

• Battery is not fully charged at the beginning of the ope-
ration
• Confirm the battery icon is fully and not changed
(while charging in the Base Station) or ‘Ready keep
charging’ message is displayed (while charging
through power supply) prior the operation.
• ‘Work Time ‘ for that zone is set to specific time and
not to ‘MAX’
• ‘Work time’ can be changed under ‘Zones setup’ menu
• Grass is extremely over grown or very wet.
• Raise cutting height.
• Always mow the grass frequently enough to prevent
over growth.

Warning!
Remove battery fuse before lifting the mower
• Inspect blades for foreign material or debris preven-
ting rotation.
• Clean out accumulated grass clippings using a woo-
den stick.
• Batteries are reaching a normal end of life state.
• Replace batteries.
