7 Possible conversions
The spray gun can be converted or expanded using various optional mount-
ed accessories depending on the use to which it will be put.
Before each conversion, you must carry out the following work to prevent
accidents:

Decommissioning
2.
Pressure release
3.
Secure the spray gun
– Close all ball valves to the spray gun.
– Secure the spray gun using the safety lever.
WARNING
Residual pressures may still be present in the spray gun, despite reliev-
ing the pressure. In case of necessary repair work on the plant escaping
residual pressures may cause accidents.
Please note:

Conversion work may only be performed by trained personnel.
➤
Turn off the spray gun and any associated dual component system
before all conversion work.
➤
Depressurize the complete system.
➤
Be extremely careful when disassembling the material hoses.
When disconnecting material hoses you should cover the screw fitting
with a cloth to catch any escaping material sprays.
Observe and follow the instructions in the user manual for the spraying
device being used.
