The spray gun may only be used in frost-free conditions to prevent the

material crystallising and thereby damaging the spray gun.

➤

Always ensure for sufficient aeration and ventilation at the workplace to

avoid damage to health and material objects.

Always observe the processing instructions issued by the material manu-

facturers.

➤

Protect objects adjacent to the spraying object against possible damage

caused by the material mist.

➤

Strictly comply with the valid accident prevention instructions.

4.3 Assembly

The spray gun and associated accessories are packed into a case for trans-

port.

Before using the spray gun for the first time, fit the accessories.

Connect the spray gun to the spraying device used on the compressed air

and material side.

WARNING
Components that do not comply with the maximum permitted operating

pressure of the machine can burst and cause serious injury.

Check the maximum permitted operating pressure of the spray gun,

accessories and the material hose before assembly. These must be

higher or equal to the specified maximum operating pressure on the

type plate of the spray gun.

WARNING

Material emerging from the connections can cause severe physical inju-

ries and damage to property.

All connections must comply with the specified machine parameters.

➤

Check all rotatable parts, nuts, screws and hose connections and

tighten these properly.

➤

When assembling the spray gun, the associated dual component sys-

tem must not be in operation.

Observe the operating manual of the spraying device used.
Check the suitability of the spraying device in connection with this spray

gun.
The machine parameters of the spray gun and the spray device must be

compliant.
Ensure correct component allocation at all times!

Blue => Poly component (Polyol)

=> right in direction of spray
