Error messages
Info
Error messages appear in the event of a malfunction in the
device.
The following table provides information about the possible causes of an
error message and information on how to correct it.
The most important faults are described below. Contact customer
service if the fault persists after all possible repair options have been
carried out.

Remedy
No or too low inlet pressure
available!
Test pressure cannot be reached.
Inlet pressure is too low.
Check the compressor's output
pressure.
The maximum vacuum that can be
generated depends on the current air
pressure (location, altitude above sea
level).
The output pressure must be at least
1 bar higher than the chosen test
pressure.
No test specimen detected!
Deformation sensor has reached
lower limit. It is likely that no test
specimen has been inserted.
No test specimen was inserted.
Insert test specimen.
Bell cover blocked!
Please check if free movement is
possible.
Object jammed.
Remove object.
Hook blocked!
Please check if free movement is
possible.
Object jammed.
Remove object.
Deformation sensor blocked!
Please check if free movement is
possible.
Object jammed.
Remove object.
Positive or negative pressure in test
chamber!
Chamber cannot be opened or
closed.
Pressure could not be released from
the chamber.

fitted.
If bell cover is open

Check whether the deformation
sensor is correctly fitted.

Release the pressure manually and
